Healthy living is now a term that is thrown all over the place. Take a newspaper, website or a social media site and you will see the word healthy living plastered all over the place. But what is this healthy living? And what should we know about it? Here are some tips on how to live a healthy life!

Eat right

Your diet defines who you are. Eating right is the basis to healthy living. You cannot eat fast food every other day and expect to be healthy in the short or long term. It is improbable! Eat organic and fresh fruits and vegetables, with lots of green leaves for a healthy living. Be consistent

The chances to keep diseases at bay hugely depends on how consistent you are in following the above three tips. Being consistent will help you achieve your goal in mind.
